thank you

I love WordPress.

Connecting with other people’s experiences and reading their thoughts, I may actually live for this stuff, it makes me feel so good to read and relate with what people go through in their daily lives. They offer different perspectives and insights I sometimes do not think of, so that is pretty awesome.

It also amazes me how some bloggers are so consistent with what they do: a post a day, exercising, and simply just sharing. I don’t post as often as I would like and am starting to feel it is a bit of a shame. Maybe I should try a post a day, but I also wonder what I would write about that would interest others or keep them coming back to read.

When I was younger, I always wanted to be a journalist and would write stories, in my diary, articles and whatnot. Though I have ended up doing something different, it is still a strong passion that helps me get through even the most mundane days. I always feel so great after writing (which probably explains why I prefer writing instead of exercise………*excuses*)

This blog has been a place where I started off (and still do) post about the big and small events/epiphanies I have in life. While I thought I was like an emo kid furiously typing my angst out on my keyboard at bits, feeling a bit like I’m just talking to myself, I have gotten some of the sweetest messages and comments from people (including you lovely followers) of how they have found the posts relatable. It’s touching that it has also helped some who may have/are going through the same things.

So, thank you guys for being a part of this with me! Whether you read religiously/once in a while, thank you for visiting and I hope you will continue to enjoy the posts, especially if I do start writing more consistently hahaha!

Thank you for following! ❤ xxox

  1. thankyou too! 🙂 that’s the thing about writing – you feel like part of your burden has left you. i used to think like you, what if no one reads but i realised my purpose. i write because i express best in writing – gives me time to think, write, re-read, delete chunks, write again and publish! haha. even if no one reads, it is always nice to see how far I’ve come.
